I was trying to embed a canvas design into the automated emails that go out to responders, but when I send them with the copied HTML they are blank.
Are emails compatible with iframe or is there some other means of embedding a design instead of going through the Jotform email editor?
It shows as working in the editor, but when I do the test email, it is invisible.

Hi Chloe,
Emails do not support iframes, which is why your embedded canvas design appears blank in test emails. Instead, you can embed designs by using images or HTML content directly in the email editor. For PDFs, you can include a download link using the {pdf-link} tag in your autoresponder email content.
Let me know if you need help with adding images or PDF links to your emails.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Chloe,
When it comes to embedding a canvas design into automated emails, most email clients do not support iframes, which is why your design appears blank in the test emails. Unfortunately, this is a common limitation across all major email providers.
Instead, here are some effective alternatives you can use:
1. Use an Image: Export or save your canvas design as an image file (e.g., PNG or JPG) and insert it directly into the email body using the Jotform email editor. This ensures that the design is displayed correctly across different email clients.
2. Embed HTML Content: If your design can be converted into clean, inline HTML code (without iframes), you can copy and paste that code directly into the email editor. This method works well for designs that are primarily text and styling.
3. If you have a PDF version of your design, you can make it available as a downloadable file in your autoresponder or notification emails. Simply insert the {pdf-link} tag, which automatically generates a personalized PDF link for each submission. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Then, hover your mouse over your Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.
4. In the Email Content window, click on Form Fields, and then select PDF Link. You can add it anywhere you want.
5. Finally, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
