I currently have a free account which has reached its upload space. I have tried deleting some of the entry submissions under that form to free up space. I cannot find the trash box to ensure they have been deleted from the trash to free up the space, can you confirm that this will free up space under this form for continued use and submission? If so, can you please provide instructions on how this can be performed. I no longer see my form as of today.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account connected to the email you used to open this thread, and all of your forms were already active. The account is also now under the limit of the Starter plan. Your forms are accessible to your users, and they can answer them.

If you're still seeing your form as disabled, you can then clear the cache of the form to help with the issue. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
