Formulaire d’inscription inaccessible

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte car l’un de nos formulaires a été désactivé par Jotform.

Cela pose un problème important, car ce formulaire est essentiel pour notre travail : toutes les informations qu’il contient sont nécessaires pour compléter une inscription.

Pouvez-vous s’il vous plaît réactiver ce formulaire ou résoudre le problème rapidement ?

Cette interruption nuit directement à nos opérations et cause un retard dans le traitement des inscriptions.

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the account linked to your email used on this thread but I can't find any forms on it. I recommend logging into the account linked to the disabled form and creating a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.
