Need to update credit card information for time-sensitive reasons. The fields on the website will not allow me to type in the card information. I have tried all of the suggestions as well as the last link that led me to account billing, and it is not working. Please help.

Hi Carly,
According to the information from the relevant team, the credit card has been removed. You can update your credit card information in a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.
Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:
Thank you for removing the old credit card information. Unfortunately, the error that's preventing the entry of any card information has not been resolved. The error is on your end. After 34 messages and counting, we understand that we cannot rely on Jotform to support our needs. We will be paying another company to provide a way to create our forms.

For us to further investigate the issue, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Centerpage, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
