Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Let me help you with that:
To replace your current popup form with a Jotform form, you need to embed your Jotform form into your website. Here's how:
Create or edit your form in Jotform Form Builder.
Go to the Publish tab in the Form Builder.
Click on Embed and then copy the JavaScript embed code.
Paste the embed code into your website's HTML where you want the form to appear, typically inside the <body> tag.
If you want it to appear as a popup, you may need to use your website's popup functionality or a third-party popup plugin to load the embedded form as a popup.
Jotform does not currently support creating custom popups directly, so the popup behavior depends on your website setup.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Jotform Support

Hi Scott,
Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
If you want the Jotform to appear as a pop-up as well, I'll show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Select Embed on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Popup Embed code.
4. On the next page, click on the Copy Codebutton and paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
