Hi Richie,
The CSS code only works with the form itself, but it will not be applied to the PDF. As a workaround, you can print the form while on published and create a Smart PDF Form. But you need to temporarily disable the required feature of your Week Beginning field. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Building, click on the Gear icon of the Week Beginning field.
- On the right side of the page, from the General tab, toggle off the Required option.
Let's now add the Print button:
- In Form Builder, scroll down your mouse to the bottom of the page and click on the Gear icon of the Submit button.
- Then, click on the Advanced tab on the upper right side of the page and toggle on the Print button option.
- Toggle the Preview Form option on the upper right side of the page and click on the Print button.
- Save the form.
Let's now create the Smart PDF Form:
- In Form Builder, click on Create in the upper left corner of the page and select Form.
- Select Smart PDF Form and upload the PDF document.
You can edit the PDF document and remove the text at the bottom of the pages. Note that you need to inject the CSS code again. Also, not all fields will be detected by our system so you need to add the fields again and map the fields to the original PDF. Let me show you how to map the fields:
- In Smart PDF Forms, click on the checkboxes on the Input Table, and click on Add to PDF.
- Drag and drop the checkboxes to the corresponding checkboxes of the original PDF.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
