Hi Team,
I’ve spent over an hour trying to navigate this, and the process is extremely counterintuitive. I don’t see an easy way to simply deactivate the AI agent, and it’s becoming very frustrating.
I really like JotForm overall, but this particular function is hard to navigate. Can you please deactivate it for me directly? I just don’t have the time to keep troubleshooting this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are unable to access your Gmail Agent, you need to be logged in to your account to access it. It’s easy to disconnect your Gmail AI Agent in just a few steps. Let me show you how:
1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, select Gmail Agent.
3. Under the Connected Account section, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the page.
4. Select Disconnect Account from the dropdown menu.
5. In the Confirmation window that appears, click on Disconnect.
