Can't Update the Account Email

    Hello,

    I am taking over an account for an employee that has changed positions in the company. I was able to update the username, password and name on the account, but it will not allow me to update the email connected. It says the email I am entering is connected to another account. I did trying to start an account, but deleted it. I need to verify that the email mhasse@cityofmustang.org is not associated to another account.

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve reactivated your account to help move things forward. The reason you're unable to update the email to mhasse@cityofmustang.org is because it's still associated with another Jotform account, even if that account was previously deleted.

    To free up the email address, you’ll need to log into the old account and change its email to something else. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to assign mhasse@cityofmustang.org to your current account without issue.
