Not sure where the money is going when a transaction is made.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

When a transaction is made through your Jotform payment integration, the money goes directly to the payment gateway or processor you have integrated with your form (such as PayPal, Stripe, Worldpay, etc.). Jotform acts as an intermediary and does not store or hold the funds. You can track the transaction by checking your payment gateway account where the money is deposited.

If you received a payment confirmation from Jotform but don't see the funds in your payment account, please check for any pending transactions or verify your payment settings and integration setup.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Jason,

When a payment is submitted through your form, the funds are sent directly to the payment gateway or processor you’ve integrated with, such as PayPal, Stripe, Worldpay, Paysafe, or others. Jotform acts solely as an intermediary and doesn't hold or store the funds.

You can track transactions by logging into your payment gateway account where the money is deposited. In Jotform Tables, you’ll see the transaction details, including a Transaction ID if the payment was successful, but the actual funds will be in your payment gateway account.

If you have received a payment confirmation from Jotform but don't see the funds in your payment account, check for any pending transactions or verify your payment integration settings to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
