Our Jotform account has been crashing consistently and is being very slow if it does load. When we are filling out the forms, everything in the forms is being deleted so we are not even able to reliably use it right now as we use it for notes for interviews that we are conducting. And our webpages are showing up saying "no healthy upstream" with photo attached of that below.

Hi Haley,
This could be a temporary issue, so I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and try it again? Unfortunately, we're unable to see your screenshot. If the issue persists, you can send us the screenshot with the error message again, so we can forward this to our developers.
