To create a report in Jotform, follow these steps:
- Go to My Forms and select the form you want to create a report for.
- Click on Reports at the top, then select Add New Report.
- Choose the report type you want (Visual, Excel, CSV, etc.) and customize it as needed.
The report will automatically update with new submissions. For more details, you can check the guide on creating reports in Jotform.

If the report page is not loading, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, check your internet connection to ensure it's stable.
If the issue persists, try accessing the report through Jotform Tables by selecting New Tab > Reports, then choose your form and report type.

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked the Report Builder to see if I could replicate the issue but I can't replicate the issue on my end. Check out my screencast below to see the result:
Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and see how it goes? Also, switching to a different browser and disable any browser extensions, or access the page using incognito or private mode. You can also try using a different network connection.
