This past Saturday I went to go fill out the virtual inspection form that we've created and when I was finished, I think it crashed and I'm curious if you can recover the data and tell me why it may have crashed. It was at some sometime between noon and 3 PM central

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your issue with the virtual inspection form crashing between noon and 3 PM central, unfortunately, we cannot directly recover lost data from a form crash. However, if the submission was completed, you can check your Submission Table to see if the data was saved.

As for why the form may have crashed, common reasons include network problems, inactivity disconnects, or caching issues. To prevent this, ensure a stable internet connection, keep forms concise, and clear your form cache if needed.

Let me know if you need guidance on checking submissions or clearing cache.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jason,

I’ve checked your RiskReady Virtual Inspection Form and saw that the Save and Continue Later feature is enabled. This means your draft may have been saved locally on the device you were using, especially if you weren’t logged into your Jotform account at the time.

Since drafts are stored on the device itself, we’re unable to access backend logs to recover the data directly. But, if you return to the form using the same device and browser, you may be prompted to resume your previous session. Can you try opening the form again using the same device and browser and see how it goes?

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
