Hi,
I have a quick question. I have a list of signed documents. People who signed the document online also provided their email address when submitting it. However, the email address was not entered in a separate field in the document. I’m unable to export this information to an Excel sheet, and I also can’t export the signed documents all at once.
I’d like to explore what the options are for this.

Regarding your issue with exporting signed documents and email addresses to Excel, here’s how you can manage it:
Exporting Signed Documents:
- Go to Jotform Tables from your account.
- Find your sign document table and click View Table.
- To download signed documents, click a cell under the Signed Documents column, then click the green download icon next to each document.
- Note that you can only download signed documents one submission at a time; bulk download of signed documents is not supported.
Exporting Submission Data with Email Addresses:
- In Jotform Tables or Inbox, select the submissions you want to export.
- Click Download All and choose Excel format to export submission data.
- If the email address was not entered in a separate field, it won't appear as a distinct column in the export. To capture emails separately in the future, add an email field to your form.
This way, you can export your submission data including emails (if collected in a field) and download signed documents individually.

Hi Bilal,
When I checked the account associated with your email address, I found that it is currently linked to a Guest Account. Could you share the Sign Document link so we can investigate further? Also, you can export the Signed Document submissions as an Excel file directly from your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, tick the Checkbox on the First Column Label to select all the Signed Document submission, and click on the Download All button in the upper right corner of the panel.
- Then, select the Download as Excel option in the Dropdown Menu.
