I am reaching out regarding our Jotform account associated with the email address jroyer@tigresvictoriaville.com. The person responsible for this account has left the company, and the email is no longer in service.

I no longer have access to billing information and other data related to this account. Would it be possible to transfer access to a different email address, or can you guide me through the process to recover this information?
