Hi,
My form called "Trade Professionals Credit Application (existing customer)" isn't functioning properly. The Applicant E-Mail and Submit button aren't showing up when I preview the form. I have attached the link to the form and a screenshot of the preview.
Can you please have a look and let me know if I'm doing something wrong, or if there is a glitch in the form?
Thank you, Marike.

Hi Connon,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I looked at your form, and you've set the Section Visibility of the Section Collapse to Hidden, which hides the entire block of fields contained within it, including the section title itself. Note that the Section Collapse field acts as a container for all the fields placed below it, up to the next Section Collapse or the end of the form. That's how your form is currently configured. Let's walk through the steps to adjust the Section Visibility, which will display the Email Address field and Submit button for your users.
- In Form Builder, look for the Additional Authorized Purchasers (if applicable) Section Collapse.
- Click on the element's Gear icon next to it and set the Section Visibility to Visible.
I've included a screencast of my results below:
You are welcome to test or clone the updated version of your form here.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
