Hi Adele,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
If you are receiving encrypted responses on your feedback forms, it means that Form Encryption is enabled. This feature secures your form data by encrypting submissions, ensuring that only you can access the data with your unique access code. Note that some features like autoresponder emails, customizable notification emails, and integrations (except payment gateways) are disabled when encryption is enabled.
To view your encrypted submissions, you need to enter your access code in Jotform Tables or Jotform Inbox to decrypt the data.
Let me know if you need guidance on managing encrypted forms or accessing your submissions.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Adele,
Your account linked to comps@mckinnonbasketball.org has 0 forms. If you are receiving encrypted responses on your feedback forms, it means that Form Encryption is enabled. To decrypt the data, the access code needs to be entered. You're prompted to enter the access code when you view the form's Jotform Table.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Additionally, can you share the URL of the form in question? Let's walk through how to copy the form URL:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on the Copy Link button.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
