Disconnect Gmail Agent

Hi,

I need the Jotform gmail agent off of my email. I keep getting ai drafts made, and I do not want them. I cancelled, but it is still creating drafts.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you no longer want your Gmail AI Agent to create drafts in your email. It’s easy to disconnect your Gmail AI Agent in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, select Gmail Agent.
3. Under the Connected Account section, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the page and select Disconnect Account.
4. In the Confirmation window that appears, click on Disconnect. 

Once disconnected, your Gmail Agent will no longer automatically create drafts. If it’s already disabled and you’re still seeing drafts appear, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I followed this process a couple days ago, and it continues to draft emails. I do not think I have a form.
