There have been 2 instances in the past 24 hours where people have filled my form but the response is not recorded. I am sure of this because there is a call booking option at the end of the form and 2 calls were booked and I also confirmed the same with the people who interacted with the form.
This is seriously affecting my business- and if this is a reliability issue-I would not want to be your customer.

Hi Sachin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you confirm whether your Calendly calendar is available or embedded anywhere else besides your form? Also, are there any other information related to the individuals who booked aside from the date and time, such as name or email address? Your form is configured to send you an email when submitted. Did you at least get an email about those booked dates?
We'd also like to investigate this issue further. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
- In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
- In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
- Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
- If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
- Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
- Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
