Sub-user: Shared form not appearing under Shared with Me folder

    Hi,


    nishal.ragoobeer@planetfitness.co.za has been setup as a sub account and has a form - Data request form shared with him, however when they login it doesn't show under shared with me.

    Hi Planetfitnessadmin,

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi Planetfitnessadmin,

    We have an update about the Shared with Me folder in Workspace that now includes all types of shared assets, not only forms. The shared folder structure is no longer visible to the user who has the shared folders, as per our new update. This is also the reason it is now on a long list of forms when they look into the Shared with Me folder through the My Workspace page.

    Additionally, the Shared with Me folders now allow you to filter by asset type, making it easier to find specific shared assets. This update has been implemented for both Standard plan users and Enterprise users. Check out the screencast below for more information:
