We've encountered an issue with a form our account manages but a number of staff submit to both internal parties and customers based on conditional emails. We need this feature to support two parties engaged with this process.
Previously, a person filling out the form could choose to Save and then were prompted with a message below:
Note: Still no feature to input an email to send to the next party in the workflow. This would be handy. Currently an email goes to the account mailbox, not the user completing the form.
Now (this week), the users don't get the above option, but get this:
If our team choose the Change Account (as there is no Skip Account Login option), it looks like they have to sign up with an account. We've tried working through this step and tested on Microsoft (as we are a MS365 company) but it still looks like the user has to create a Jotform account.
Previously, just passing on the DRAFT link worked very efficiently.
Can you help please? I don't see the settings having changed or our account profile with any related updated to our Account inbox.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When form users save a draft while logged into their Jotform account, that draft is tied to their account. This means only they can access and manage the saved draft, unless it’s manually shared. Meanwhile, the skip account login while saving the progress only shows if someone is filling out the form without a Jotform account.
When you click Change Account, it will log out the current Jotform account that doesn't have access to the saved draft. You’ll then be prompted to log in using the Jotform account that’s associated with the saved draft to continue.
In summary, only the original owner of the saved form draft can access it. At this time, saved drafts are tied to the user account that created them, and there’s no option to transfer a saved draft to another user.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
