Calendar Icon Missing on Default Date Picker Field in Multiple Forms

    Hello Jotform Support, I am experiencing an issue with two of my forms where the calendar icon on the default Date Picker field is not displaying. The forms include but are not limited to:

    This problem has suddenly appeared after months of the forms working perfectly without any updates or changes. It affects multiple users on different computers and browsers (including up-to-date versions of Edge and Chrome). Clearing the browser cache allows users to complete the form, but the calendar icon still does not appear. I have confirmed that the Date Picker is not in Lite Mode, and the only custom CSS applied is related to form labels, which should not affect the calendar icon. The forms are not embedded anywhere. Could you please investigate this issue and help restore the calendar icon functionality? It is impacting external users trying to fill out the forms. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can't find the specific Date Picker field. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    before I cleared the account cache the forms were acting way more problematically, now I think it's just the date picker calendar icon

    Hi hbccvenues,

    When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix, you'll just need to click on Switch to the New Theme button from the upper right part of your screen.
