Need Help Aligning Form Fields

the form is not aligned and I want a completely different look.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your fields aren’t lining up as expected, you can customize the layout using the Advanced Designer. This tool allows you to set up a two-column layout, adjust spacing, and style your form for a more polished and structured appearance. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the top right side of the page to open the Form Designer.
2. In the Form Designer panel on the right, select Advanced Designer at the bottom.
3. In Advanced Designer, select Form Layout on the right.
4. Turn on Enable form columns and input 2 in the Number of Columns section.
5. Once done, select the Diskette icon in the upper-left corner to save your changes.

If you’re aiming for a completely different look, the Advanced Designer also lets you customize fonts, colors, and backgrounds and even inject custom CSS for precise control. We have guides on Setting Up Form Columns and How to Access and Use Advanced Designer that you can check out.
