Multiple devices logging out

    Hi JotForm,

    I am having an issue with collecting responses. I have jot form installed on a handful of tablets. I plan to take them to a customer fair and use them at a booth to get feedback. However, it seems like anytime I login on one device it tries to log out on another. Can you help me understand what’s going on?

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue you're experiencing, where other tablets are logged out when you sign in on a new device, is expected behavior for Jotform’s standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold). These plans are intended for individual use, which means only one active login session is allowed per account. Signing in on a different device will automatically end sessions on other devices.

    Additionally, for security purposes, login sessions automatically expire after two hours. However, all actions are saved in real time, so no data will be lost during these logouts. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
