Update Form Page Title

Hi

Please assist to remove the 2024 year on the original form name.

I could change the link to 2025 but I need to remove the 2024

Hi Marina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
