Hello, so i'm trying to free up space to allow more uploads from customers.
I have deleted a lot of submissions to free space. I select them, I hit delete. It says it goes to the trash then. But when I open the trash area up to permanently delete them there are no submissions there to select. But they are gone from the work table where they were. We need to have all the submissions I deleted already, purged from the system.

Hi miketobysde,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and I was able to see that most of the submissions are in the Request / Sell Equipment Form. Can you try to delete and purge the submissions in that form? You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
