The Lost and found website for MCO

Hello,

I am trying to fill out lost and found info on Orlando Airport (MCO) https://flymco.com/lost-and-found/ and I am getting an error when adding the description "This field can only contain letters and numbers" which it doesn't. I have added no offending characters. is this something you can fix so I can post my lost and found claim? The site says it is powered by Jotform.

Thank you, I lost something very valuable to me and would like to at least let them know.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The details you entered in the form's element have an apostrophe. Can you try entering “Gold Men Ring square head with a small Gem top center”? Without apostrophe and period on the sentence. I tried it on the same form on the website, and the element allowed the details. I've shared a screenshot below for reference:
