    Hi Wynona,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your question about making payments on a different person's account, Jotform accounts are individual and do not support direct payments to another user's account. If you need to make payments related to your mortgage broker's services, you would typically need to follow the payment instructions provided by them directly.

If your broker has sent you a form to sign, you can complete and submit that form as instructed. However, you cannot access or make payments directly on their Jotform account.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Wynona,

Upon checking your email logs, I notice one submission from the Information Update Form that is under the account associated with the email address, l**r**b***n***pe****s***co*. Can you confirm if this is the account you're referring to? If so, unfortunately, Jotform does not currently support third-party payments initiated from outside the account. The billing information will reflect the payer’s name, but the subscription will apply to the account that was logged in during checkout.

On the other hand, if you're submitting the form on behalf of someone else, simply use your own payment details during checkout. The submission will still be recorded under the form creator’s account, but you can enter the other person's name or email in the relevant form fields if needed.

If that's not, If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if you have any other questions.
