HI!
Unfortunately I can't login my account. I also don't receive an email when I want to reset my password.
Can you help me with this problem?
Hopefully I can get into my account again.

Hi Lotte,
I checked the account associated with the email address info@metlotte.com, and it is Active. If you're unable to log into your account because the credentials are incorrect, can you try resetting your Jotform account password again to see if you're getting the Reset Password email? It's really easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
But, if you're still unable to access your account, you can fill out and submit the Account Recovery form, and the relevant team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Hi Lotte,
It looks like you're trying to share a screenshot. Email attachments are not posted to the thread. Can you share the screenshot again using the guide here?
Additionally, I checked our email logs, and I don't see a password reset email sent to info@metlotte.com. So, I triggered the password reset email on my end by using the Forgot Password? button on the login page and entering your email. I then checked the email logs and confirmed the email was sent. Can you check the password reset email now?
