I need to change the account to my name. The former employee has left the school. I can verify anything you need by still contacting Carolyn Reitzes except her email has been discontinued. Please let me know how we can change over the account and keep her our current past form information. I am near the phone if you can call. Thanks!

If you attempted to change the email address and were prompted to verify it using the old email, you’ll need to go through our Account Recovery process to update the account information. This process allows you to change the email address associated with the account without needing access to the former employee’s email. You can complete this form to start the process.
