Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message Unauthorized Request: You do not have access to this form will only appear when cloning a form from an account that has enabled the option prevent cloning on their security setting or on their form setting. Here's how to disable it:
How To Disable Prevent Cloning In Account Security:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options in the center of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and set Prevent Cloning to No.
1. In My Workspace, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In Settings, on the left panel, click on Security.
4. Click on Send Verification Code.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your account email address.
6. Disable Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
