    Hi Elsa,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

If you submitted a form with the wrong attachment, you cannot directly change the submitted form. However, you can edit the submission in Jotform Tables to update the information without triggering after-submission events.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to Jotform Tables for your form.
    2. Select the cell with the attachment or data you want to change and enter the correct information.
    3. Click outside the cell or press Enter to save the changes.

If you want to replace the attachment itself, you may need to ask the form owner or resubmit the form with the correct attachment.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elsa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once a form is submitted, the ability to make changes depends on how the form owner has set it up. If the form includes an edit link in the Autoresponder Email you received, you can simply click that link to go back and update your submission — including replacing the attachment.

If there’s no edit link provided, we suggest reaching out directly to the form owner or organization that shared the form with you. They’ll be able to guide you on whether edits are allowed or help you in submitting an updated version.

Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.
