Form Calculation Widget Not Working

This is a form that I have built. I have been stuck behind the calculation of the various questions. I have been taking advice from Claude AI but I've been at it for more than 2 weeks now trying to get the scoring finalized so that the form can actually work and spew out a final score for the person taking the questionnaire.

Can you please either give me directions for completing this task or if you can provide support via zoom call, I can book a session.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the Form Calculation widgets on your form, and noticed that all of them have an extra plus symbol at the last part of the calculation, as shown in the screenshot below:

To make the calculations work, you'll need to remove the extra plus symbol from all the Form Calculation widgets you have. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Calculation widget, and select its Wand icon on the right.
2. On the Form Calculation Widget panel, remove the extra plus symbol, which is the one at the last part.
3. Click on Save at the bottom.

You can do the same for the rest of the Form Calculation widgets, following the same steps.
