Signed documents not available in Table

After checking your form, I was able to notice the documents are missing, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

I've also checked email logs, and it seems like you received two PDF documents with signatures there. Until this is resolved, you can download the documents from the received email.
