Please urgently let me know why i was billed to different amount today. I only have one suscription with you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, the recent charge on your account was today August 06, 2025, for $468.00 which is the regular price for Silver yearly plan. The other charge was for your last subscription on August 06, 2024, for $278.79 only, since you got a 50% discount and a credit from the unused time of your Bronze monthly plan. You may view and download your invoices for more details. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.
