What are the steps we should take to offboard from Jotform?

    Hello,

    I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to let you know that, after careful consideration, New American Leaders has decided to end our contract with Jotform.

    Per the contract, we are providing 30 business days’ notice of termination. Could you please confirm the next steps we should take to ensure a smooth transition and offboarding process? 

    We are grateful for the support and partnership you’ve provided, and we want to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible.

    Hi Sam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system for accounts associated with the email address you used to create this thread but I'm not seeing any, can you confirm if you currently have an enterprise account? If yes, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you. We have a guide that explains how to create a ticket for Enterprise Support here. Just create a ticket there and someone from the Enterprise Support Team will get in touch with you shortly. 

    If you have a Standard account with us (Starter, Bronze, Silver or Gold) and you wish to stop using Jotform, you can downgrade your subscription and use it until the last day of your billing cycle to avoid auto renewal. You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

    3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Hi Sam,

    Upon checking, the account associated with the email address you've shared is currently connected to a Guest Account. Keep in mind that, the guest account is a temporary one. Keep in mind that you cannot reset the password for the guest account. If you're referring to a different account, you can share with us the email address or one of the Form URL under that account so we can look into it.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you better with this.
