Greeting message is not being updated in our Chatbot

    We have edited the greeting message to show our company name whoever the chatbox won't update to the current version. Is there something else that needs to be done? There is no save button?

    Hi Nicholas,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Did you mean your Chatbot is not showing the current new version of greeting message even though you've updated the message, is that right? Can you clear your web-browser caches then try opening the Chatbot into Google Chrome's incognito mode then check? You can also train your AI Agent and add an action. Let me show you how:

    1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Actions.

    If this is not what you were referring to, then can you share with us the screenshot and show us an area where the issue is? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section. That's it.
