Jotform desperately needs a separate area or site for users to make feature requests.
The existing Support Requests/Help Center is a muddle of troubleshooting/problem-solving and people asking for things to be added or changed to the service, and separating the two types of requests would help both types be served better.
In addition, feature requests are currently treated as support requests — "The thing you're asking for is not currently a feature, but we'll submit a request for it to be added." There's no place for other users to voice support for feature requests, and I'm often seeing such support and discussion separated out into their own support threads just to give the same response.
I strongly recommend Jotform implement something like UserVoice, which allows users to submit and vote on feature ideas and allows Jotform to better parse, manage, organize, and prioritize future features and customer feedback.

Hi Central/Southern Illinois Synod,
Thanks for reaching out with this feature request. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
