    Can you please check to see if rwebb@interstatemechanical.com is on the bouncelist? He is not receiving any responses from Jotform.

    Regarding the email address rwebb@interstatemechanical.com, if it is on the bounce list, Jotform stops sending emails to it due to delivery issues like a full inbox or server problems. You can check and remove your own email from the bounce list by going to your My Workspace page, clicking your Profile Picture, selecting Settings, then under the Bounce List section, click Check and Remove From Bounce List.

    Note that only the account email can be removed this way. For other emails, contacting Jotform Support is recommended.

    To prevent future issues, consider whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and domains or setting up SMTP for email notifications.

    rwebb@interstatemechanical.com is NOT in the unsubscribe list

    I've removed the email address rwebb@interstatemechanical.com from the bounce list. It should now receive emails from Jotform.
