Limited Registration Form – Closes After 40 Submissions

How do I accomplish this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  You can limit the number of submissions on your form by disabling it automatically when a particular number of submissions is reached. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click the current Form Status.
3. Select Disable on submission limit and set the number of entries.
4. You can customize the Warning Message and click Save.
