workflow approval is not working

    Hi I have a Form to schedule appointment with approval process and the las 3 submissions the workflow is failing to send and make the approval process. Help Help to fix the problem. Thanks

    Hi Roberto,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that your Workflow wasn't configured correctly. I took a look at your If/Else Condition element and noticed that no value has been set. That’s likely why the approval email isn’t being triggered. Check the screencast below to see my result:

    workflow approval is not working  Image 1 Screenshot 40 To fix this, you'll need to set a value that triggers the approval element. In my example, I used Roberto as the value—once that option is selected, the approval process is correctly triggered.
