    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can allow your AI Agent users to access their Conversation History. It's easy to set up. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings in the top right. 
    2. In the Settings window that opens up, toggle On the Conversation History Access for Users option.

    AI Agent: Share Conversation to client Image 2 Screenshot 51 As for sending emails of conversations, it’s easy to change the Email recipient on the AI Agent Notification Emails. Let me show you how: 

    1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings on the upper right corner next to your avatar. 
    2. Under the Notifications tab, click on the Gear icon next to Send Conversation Notification Emails.
    3. Under Sent To, enter your email recipient and click on Save.
