Hi Steve,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you transfer your forms to someone else’s account, that means a change in form ownership, you will no longer be the owner of the forms. Ownership, along with all associated submission data of those forms, will be transferred to the new account.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. Is there any possible way that i can 'copy' these templates for another account to use without impacting my current forms/access?

Hi Steve,
Another user can use the clone via URL feature to get a copy of your form. Here's how to do it:
Here's how to do it:
1. In My Workspace, on the left side of the screen, click on Create.
2. Select Form.
3. Click on Import Form.
4. Click on From a web page.
5. Paste the form URL under Enter URL and click on Create.
Also, please make sure that the form setting Prevent Cloning is set to No and the account setting Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users is disabled. Here's how to do it:
Where to find form setting to prevent cloning
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options in the center of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and set Prevent Cloning to No.
1. In My Workspace, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In Settings, on the left panel, click on Security.
4. Click on Send Verification Code.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your account email address.
6. Disable Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
Check out this guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
