I was looking forward to using Jotform with my business but the support has been terrible. I need human help. I am not receiving my leads and this is a very serious issue that cannot wait! I have tried all of the obvious things and followed your faq's but nothing helps. I need help today or I will have to complete start over with another company. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve checked your New Request form and found that no integrations are currently set up to pass submitted leads to your system. That would explain why you’re not receiving them. If you were expecting submissions to go to a CRM, email, or other destination, we’ll need to connect that integration first. To investigate further, can you confirm which platform you’d like submissions sent to? If you had previously set up an integration, can you let us know which one so we can investigate any issue?
