Hello,
I am reaching out on behalf of the City of Fostoria. On 07/09/25, our company credit card was charge by Jotform in the total of $250.97 however, we only utilize the free version of jotform so we believe that this is a mistake. The charge was posted to our account on 97/09/2025 and was for $250.97

I’ve just heard back from our relevant team. After further checking, we found that the charge was made to an account with the username jamesonb_jamesonb. Could you check if this username is familiar or associated with your organization?
