Hi - I created a t-shirt order form and added Stripe to it. I'd like to give my user the option to pay by Venmo or credit card (stripe). How do I do that?

Hi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
To offer Venmo and credit card payment options on your form using Stripe, you need to enable multiple payment methods in your Stripe account settings. Stripe Checkout supports Venmo as a payment method, which can be dynamically shown to users based on their location.
Here’s how to enable Venmo alongside credit card payments:
- Log in to your Stripe dashboard.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) and select Connect.
- Choose Payment Methods and click Edit Settings for your connected account.
- Enable Venmo and other payment methods you want to offer.
- Save your configuration and apply the changes.
Once enabled, your Jotform Stripe integration will automatically show Venmo as a payment option where supported, along with credit card payments.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Brian,
Unfortunately, Jotform does not directly support adding multiple distinct payment gateways like Venmo and Stripe within a single form's payment integration. As a workaround, you can create a separate form specifically for Venmo payments. First, you will need to add a Single Choice element in your form where the user can select their desired payment method. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element in the upper left side of the panel to open the Form Element Menu.
- Under the Basic tab, select the Single Choice element and add it to your form.
- Now, click on the Gear icon, enter a Field Label in the Input box and go to the Options tab.
- Then, enter the Stripe and Venmo as an option in the Input box.
- Click on the Credit Card icon of the payment field, click on the Add Payment Connection button, and click on the Add New Connection button in the Payment Connections dialog box.
- Select the Venmo option, click on the Next button and make sure that you select Live Mode option.
- Now, enter your Connection Name in the Input box, click on the Connect with PayPal button and connect your PayPal Account.
- Then, click on the Save button.
- Go back to the Form Element menu and go to the Widgets tab.
- Search for the IFrame Embed widget and add it to your form, click on the Wand icon and enter the Form URL of your second form in the Frame URL input box.
- Then, click on the Update button to apply changes.
- Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Conditions tab on the left side menu.
- Now, click on the Add Condition button and select the Show/Hide Field option in the New Condition Menu.
- Then, set up the conditions below and click on the Save button to apply changes.
