PDF File Name is Reverting to Default Name

I have been trying for hours to resolve a particular conflict

I can not change the name of the PDF even though the edits remain on PDF editor, every time I submit a form the PDF is titled as Submission number. This has happened before and by clearing the cache the problem went away, but only for a few minutes.

Trying with several of my forms the same problem persists

Only a few of my forms save as the title of what I have selected on PDF editor

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can customize the PDF Filename easily. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the Form Builder, open the app selector panel in the upper-left corner.
2. Select PDF Editor.
   
   
   
3. In the PDF Editor, open PDF Settings on the right.
   
   
   
4. Edit PDF File Name, then enter your desired filename.
   
   
   Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I have done that several times but the edits weren't saving, it kept reverting back to submission ID rather than saving as the title that I wanted

The issue has resolved itself however after several hours
