Inquiry regarding discount and pricing

    last year we got discount and the pricing were manageable. can we do something about it so that we can still continue to use it?

    When I checked the email used in creating this support thread, it's currently tied to a guest account. Can you share the email address registered with the paid account, so we can check? Also, can you explain more about the subscription you are referring to with the discount?

    I just heard back from the relevant team and as a courtesy, we maintain the discounted price paid before.  The refund for your latest invoice has been successfully processed. You should see the amount in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
