Good day,
Please advise if there is a way to set up a condiction based on Dropdown Form Field.
If for example, something on the first drop down was selected, the second drop down automatically updates / selects based on what was selected from the 1st drop dodown.
Thanks
IF MY POSITION IS = KFCTM - Team Member / TMM - Team Member Monthly / CSTM - Cust Service / LH - Lobby Host / BSS - Bench Shift Sup
Automatically Complete
My Relationship with the individual being reviewed: AS - MY MANAGER - I report into the person being reviewed.
And so forth based on position selected

Hi Acknowledgement,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to conditionally fill dropdown number 2 based on the selection from dropdown number 1. We have a Spreadsheet to Form Widget that you can use to import your data. Let me show you how to use it:
1. Create a spreadsheet with your data structured like you see below. Make sure that the column names in the spreadsheet match the field names on the form, and include a unique column, like an ID, so the data can be distinguished.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the Widgets tab, search for the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it to your form.
4. In the menu on the right side of the page, upload your data file. (You can simply drag & drop your excel file to the Upload File area.)
5. Then, click on the Downward Arrow icon in the Access Code Column option and select the unique column.
6. You can also customize texts used in the widget. After you complete everything, click on the Update Widget button at the bottom right of the menu.

Good day,
I know and are using Spreadsheet to Form widget - This will not work for what I want to do as this form gets completed anonymously, and we only ask for the person who is completing the forms position.
Any other suggestion I can use based on the position selected from the dropdown, automatically completed the relationship with the person being reviewed.
Thanks

Hi Acknowledgement,
I understand that you want the second dropdown (My Relationship with the individual being reviewed) to automatically select a specific option based on the choice made in the first dropdown (MY POSITION). You can set this up using an Update/Calculate Field condition. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Then, click on Add Condition and then select Update/Calculate Field.
- Now, set up the condition like this:
- Finally, click on Save to apply the condition.
This way, when a user selects KFCTM - Team Member, TMM - Team Member Monthly, CSTM - Cust Service, LH - Lobby Host, or BSS - Bench Shift Sup in the "MY POSITION" field, the "My Relationship with the individual being reviewed" field will automatically be set to MY MANAGER - I report into the person being reviewed.
Feel free to test or clone my demo form here to see how it was set up. This guide will show you how to do that.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
