Scheduled Form Link Not Showing at Set Date and Time Despite Time Zone Settings

Hello,

I have a form I would like to automatically show a link to another form, at a specific date and time, for example, the first of the month at 9 AM, Pacific Time. I have setup my time zone in the account's setting, so I do not understand what the problem is.

I set it up yesterday for the field with a link to another form to "Show" on August 4, 2025 at 9 AM, but it didn't work.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and saw a custom date set in the Date Picker. Since your account is in Pacific Time, you can add another Date Picker set to the current time, then use conditions to compare the two. For example, show a link field when both dates match, like August 1, 2025, at 9 AM.

As a workaround, if you're trying to show a link automatically to another form on a specific date and time, you can use the Form Status feature. This allows you to enable or disable the form automatically at a specified date and time through the Settings tab. Let me show you how to add it::

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Under the Form Settings page, change the Form Status to Conditionaly Enabled.
3. Set the date and time for the Expiration Date, and provide the link to another form in the Warning Message box.
4. Click on Save button to save the changes to the form.

I added another date picker to hold Start Date and be compared to Current Date in a conditional statement. it took me a while to get it to work but I did it!

Your other solution (disabling form at a particular date and time and providing the link to the other form) does not work for why purposes.

Anyway, I appreciate your assistance.
