Planning Center Online Integration

Can you tell me how you interrogate with Planning Center Online? I'm looking to use a form for an event and have the attendees automatically be added into PCO with their address, email, phone, family members, etc. Will jotform do that when people sign up using the jotform form?

    Hi Shelley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to an integration with Planning Center, currently, there's no direct integration available within Jotform. However, you can connect your Jotform form to Planning Center using Zapier.

With Zapier, you can automate the process of sending submission data like name, email, address, phone number, and even family member details from your form directly into Planning Center. This way, when someone signs up using your Jotform form, their information can automatically be added to Planning Center. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thank you. Yes that is what I’m looking for. Would I need to set up the interrogation first before creating a form in jot form?

    Hi Shelley,

You can actually create your Jotform first, then set up the integration with Planning Center through Zapier afterward. Zapier works by connecting the form fields you've already built in Jotform to corresponding fields in Planning Center. So it’s best to first design your form to collect all the necessary details (name, email, address, phone number, family members, etc.), and once that's ready, head over to Zapier to create the automation "Zap" that sends that data to Planning Center.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Is it possible to get the Silver plan for only a few months? I don't really need it for 1 year and only want to use it for this 1 event I'm planning in Oct. right now it's 60% off with your summer sale and I'd love to take advantage of that. if this goes well for what we are doing, there is a chance we might use jotform in the future for other things related to our organization.

    Hi Shelley,

Sure, you can subscribe to the Silver Plan on a monthly basis as well as annually. This means you can choose the monthly Silver plan for just a few months to cover your event in October and then cancel if you don't need it afterward. Take note that the current 60% Summer Sale discount applies only to the annual plans, not the monthly subscriptions.

This means if you want to take advantage of the Summer Sale, you would need to subscribe to the Silver plan on an annual basis. But if you prefer to use the Silver plan for just a few months, you can opt for the monthly subscription without the discount and cancel when you no longer need it.

Thank you. I will sign up for a yearly plan since they are on sale. What happens if we get into the registration and realize we need a higher plan with the number of people signing up? Can we upgrade without an issue & is it possible to still be able to take advantage of the sale price?

I started working on the registration with my free account. When I upgrade, will the form I've created still be useable or do I have to start over?

    Hi Shelley,

You can upgrade your plan at any time so you can have more account limits and receive more submissions. The new plan will be charged at the standard rate, and any unused days from your current subscription will be credited accordingly.

To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question to its own thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.
